Danaher Corporation (DHR) is “Fool’s Gold”

Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) is one of the largest manufacturers of industrial and medical research products in the United States. It is one of the most problematic stocks of the year as the stock lost 14.5% since the beginning of the year. Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) stock fell 9.7% in January, down 9.7% after analysts scored their first mistake in years estimate in the fourth quarter. Analysts had been supplying pencils at $2.16 and $6.4 billion, but reported profits of $2.14 and revenues of $6.5 billion. Cramer has not been a fan of Danaher Corporation (NYSE:DHR) over the past year or so. Following quarterly revenue, he called management “Smug” and outlined his years following Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR). Cramer first bought the stock in 2022 and hugged them as headwinds at Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) are considered to be temporary. He once again stuck to pessimism:

“My charity trust originally owned it. It was money now that was the money of a fool. I’m mad.”

Earlier this year, Cramer shared discussions with the management of Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR). Here’s what he said:

“I think those guys are great. The Rales brothers are great. Even if I feel bad, they still love Rales’s stakes and commanders there even more, so I love them. I just want to show me that they understand that we’re calming down.
