San Francisco 49ers Cornerback Demo Are Noir was arrested Thursday in Los Angeles and charged with counting misdemeanors of resisting arrest, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The 49ers issued a statement saying that “we are aware of the issues that DeMordore Lenoir is involved and are in the process of gathering more information.”
TMZ reported Police are called to the incident and find a double vehicle blocking traffic after approaching Lenore and another man, Marcus Cunningham, according to law enforcement sources.

According to the outlet, officers reportedly saw a gun in Cunningham’s car. Lenore is said to have subsequently refused to follow the orders when police asked him to hand him the keys to his car.
