The health of the Deion Sanders has been following closely this offseason. Last month, a report surfaced as a pro football hall of fame inducted into the sidelines Unspecified illness.
As Sanders continues to prepare for his third season Colorado Football Head coach, he provided a positive, or short, update on his health on Friday.
“I feel good back!” Sanders wrote to X.
Sanders chose to keep many details about his personal health private, but he now appears to be willing to change the course.

A press conference with Sanders and his medical team is scheduled for Monday. Cu Anschutz and UC Health officials are expected to join Sanders and “providing general and team updates.”
Clear health concerns have prevented the high-profile coaches from becoming fully involved in the spring and summer training of the football team this offseason. The issue forced the two-time Super Bowl winner to miss out on the Colorado summer football camp. USA Today reported June.

In recent years, Sanders has been fighting the issue of blood clots, with two toes being amputated on his left leg.
Sanders mostly avoided dealing with his health earlier this month Big 12 Media Day.
The 57-year-old, 57, told ESPN on July 9th. “I’m here today. I’m dealing with responsibility. So I’m looking forward to it. I’m looking forward to it. You have to understand, I’ve never met.

Sanders also faces more challenges on the field as the new season begins. Colorado has gone from the benefits of two-way Travis Hunter and quarterback Chedure Sanders in 2025. Hunter was the second overall choice in the April NFL Draft; Chedur fell in the fifth round.
Kaidon Salter will move from Liberty to Colorado and will likely handle Buffalo’s starting quarterback operations in 2025.
Colorado will open regular season against Boulder Georgia Institute of Technology August 29th.
