Delta Air Line provides wage increases to employees for the fourth consecutive year
Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian told the Kraman Countdown about the company’s development at CES 2025.
Delta Air Lines Employees around the world announced that they will receive their salary this year, marking the fourth consecutive year that the company has increased wages.
According to a Delta news release, each employee receives a 4% wage increase.
The wage increase comes just three months after the company paid almost five weeks’ extra fees in February as part of its profit sharing program. Delta said it shares profits with its employees more than any other US airline or company, and has paid more than $10 billion in total over the past decade.

“For a century, Delta has acted on the belief that when we first invest in people, they provide excellence to our customers,” Bastian said Tuesday. “Combined with the strength and resilience of our business, these core values continue to make the Delta stand out even in the face of new pressures.”
Delta stated its reward philosophy, but explains it is the best The entire aviation industry, “It’s rooted in the company’s core values of sharing success with employees.”
Since 2022, the company said it has made more than 25% cumulative investments in compensation at each of its largest frontline workgroups.

“With this pay raise, Delta continues to lead global competitors and provide the best total compensation to frontline employees for the best performance,” the release said, adding that the company is “committed to the financial health of our people.”

In addition to its profit sharing program, Delta offers a generous benefits package for all employees.
Employees are usually able to receive a competitive base salary, including monthly salary increases. Free financial coaching with a monthly operating goal of up to $100, $1,000, 6% games and ability to win automatic 3% 401(k) Resignation account.
