Delta pilot was arrested on request for child sex abuse after landing in San Francisco
San Francisco (AP) – Pilot arrested Delta Air Lines After the plane landed at San Francisco International Airport, flights and federal agents took him from the cockpit.
The pilot whose identity was not released immediately was arrested on charges related to child sex abuse material, a Department of Homeland Security official said Monday.
Passengers on a flight from Minneapolis to San Francisco on Saturday posted a video online showing federal agents walking down the aisle of the plane.
Messages left to Delta Air Lines on Monday were not immediately returned, and authorities did not provide any other details regarding the arrest.
A Delta spokesman on Sunday postponed comments to law enforcement.
