“It’s very common for witnesses to be immunized, especially in the federal government, if they have the information and insights they need in their case,” Becker said. “In many cases, immunized individuals may be owing the crimes they face or are facing, but are usually much less in the crime hierarchy.

“They usually say that the government is willing to abandon what is happening here and now in this big case, because what you know, this information this particular person has is so important.”

Maybe call him a bad guy, a bad guy, a bad husband, for example, a bad husband based on what you saw in the video,” Becker said. “But will it rise to the level the government needs to reach for the ultimate verdict of guilty?

“I think it was a bit unstable at first, like I said. But over time, they can put different witnesses and really shape what they’re trying to shape. So basically, there’s no responsibility for the US RICO. This wasn’t the case at first.
