Didi’s legal team presenting evidence as sex crime trials approach the end

Shawn: Diddy, Combs The legal team is expected to present evidence after the prosecutors took a break Tuesday in the rapper’s federal trial on sex crimes.
It is expected to begin on Thursday after Diddy’s lawyer explained that it would only take two days to protect his clients, as he concludes the discussions of the trial that began on May 5th with the selection of ju members.
In court Monday, Diddy’s lead lawyer, Mark Agnifilo, indicated that the defense attorney was not planning to call witnesses, but the evidence presented will be discussed in court.

Diddy’s legal team led Agnifilo and Jelagosinitially noted that it would take more than two weeks to sue their case, but last week he told Judge Arun Subramanian that he might be able to take a break by Tuesday or Wednesday.
The “Last Night” rapper is also not expected to testify, and the judge will likely ask Didi to confirm his decision not to take a stand.

Homeland Security Special Agent Joseph Celcielo continued his testimony on Monday as the government’s 34th final witness. Before Cerciello was standing, the ju-deputy heard from Diddy’s former assistant and doubted the “drug mule”, Brendan Paul.

Paul was given immunity in exchange for Didi’s testimony at a federal sex trafficking and assault trial.
Through weeks of testimony, the ju umpire heard allegations of a “freak-off” party, including a male escort and Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Cathy Ventura. The “Me&U” singer testified that drugs containing ecstasy, ketamine and cocaine are circulating regularly during “freak-off” to release them during sessions.
