DIY Daddy Wants Viral Videos to Inspire Parents to Make a Difference
Oregon’s dad Mason Smith wants to make the internet a better place.

Some of his recent viral video projects include the construction of a ground trampoline, a children’s camper van, the “Polar Express” Christmas Parade float, and renovations to a local elementary school basketball court.

“Husband Tiktok” encouraged so many dads to “appear” on the platform
“The internet is a very dark place and I don’t think there needs to be any more negativity,” Smith said. Fox News Digital.
“So if my channel could be entertained in a positive way and make me feel a little better after seeing it, that’s definitely the goal. ”
The father influencer began sharing “Daddy Daughter Saturday” first before DIY videos began gaining traction and his account grew as it is today.
The popularity of his account allowed him to give back to his community, including re-shooting trucks, renovating basketball courts, and repairing cafeterias at local schools.
He often shares large renovation projects, but his creative “date night” videos for his family and birthday party ideas are also popular.
The other Smith, who creates a jewelry making and ice cream station for his wife’s birthday party, and Smith, who makes a Disney character-themed pancake for his daughter, has each been attracting nearly 5 million views.

“More than anything, I want my kids to have the best childhood they can have and know that their dad loves them so much,” he said.
Smith said he wants to inspire other parents to do what he can to create happy memories for his family and community. He emphasized that what he sometimes does not need to go to great lengths to achieve an effect.
“I want my channel to radiate channels in an attempt to make the world you’re in a better place. “Make sure to make one small project at a time a better place.”

“Your child I’m grateful for trying to make Mickey Mouse pancakes. They will remember that. “Your movie night may not be on the top of the mountain overlooking the city, but if it’s in your backyard, your kids will remember that they had the movie outside, as opposed to just inside the couch,” he said.
Some of his large projects took up to 4-5 days to complete, despite his videos usually showing less than a minute of footage. Smith said that other parents didn’t want to compare themselves. Because we understand that not everyone has the time or resources to replicate the same project.
He hopes that by doing what people can, they will be inspired to make a positive difference to their families and communities. Above all, he is grateful for the opportunity and to everyone who tunes to watch his video.
“I am extremely grateful for all the opportunities I have my channel. I don’t take it for granted and take it very seriously,” Smith said.
