Eric Menendez, one of two Beverly Hills Brothers Media reports say he was hospitalized after being found guilty of murdering his parents decades ago.
Menendez was undergoing treatment Kidney stones, TMZ reported on Tuesday. His attorneys are now asking him to be released prior to the parole hearing in August.
“It’s a serious situation,” Attorney Mark Jelagos said. TMZ. “I think he should be parole. I think it’s the right term and he could be medically attacked prior to the hearing, so he can work with his parole lawyers to speed up, get ready and give him the best shot.

Eric and his brother Lyle Menendez were sentenced to 50 years in prison Murder of 1989 of his parents Jose and Mary “Kitty” Menendez at the Beverly Hills mansion.
The brothers initially claimed that an intruder broke into the house and killed their parents.

They later described their behavior as self-defense after their parents were allegedly physically and sexually abused for years.
Last year, the incident attracted new attention. Netflix has been released A series and documentary about murder. Fans gathered around the brothers and called for their release.
Their parole hearings are scheduled for August 21st and 22nd.
