Austrian Grand Prix summary
At Austria’s Grand Prix last week, Landorris changed his pole position to a race victory, securing his third victory in the 2025 Formula 1 season.
It was an impressive drive from a British driver, and he survived various attempts from teammate Oscar Piastri and led the race.
On the first lap, Max Verstappen was eliminated from the race after a crash with Kimi Antonelli. Carlos Sainz never even started the race with a cancelled start due to Williams’ car failure.
Piastri temporarily took Norris’s lead in the race. However, he quickly regained it and expanded his lead further following the first round of the pit stop.
For Red Bull, it worsened from bad for Red Bull, and after Verstappen’s early retirement from the race, as Jiu-Jitsu received a time penalty for a clash with Alpine’s Franco Colapinto.

British Grand Prix Qualifying Preview
Three home drivers secured third place on the grid at the British Grand Prix in 2024. George Russell made his appearance at P1 ahead of second Lewis Hamilton and third Randnoris.
The British trio are hoping to achieve similar results in the 2025 edition of the race, with Norris looking to secure pole position following Paul in Austria last week, aiming to win the race.
Following the previous Ferrari’s best finish, Lewis Hamilton is heading for the weekend as defending champion, giving the crowds of his home another British Grand Prix to remember.
