Ferrari-inspired mansion breaks local records in Delray Beach, Florida

The Ferrari-inspired mansion known as Casamaranello in Delray Beach, Florida, crushed local records last week when it traded for $50.5 million.
Not only was Megadale the biggest thing he’d ever seen, but it was also one of the rarest. Sales included mansion swaps, bespoke furniture, elaborate chandeliers, art, alcohol and even a miniature Ferrari 250 Testarossa sports car.
Public records show that the buyer was a trust associated with William Caffarro, co-chairman of a retail real estate developer in Niles, Ohio. The trust purchased a 7-bedroom, nine-bathroom residence and paid millions more for all its furniture.
The trust, the home’s architect and developer, paid a deed for the Prestige Design Home Aldo Stark, $24.5 million and the nearly 18,000 square feet mansion in Cafaro at 9200 Rocky Brookway in Delray Beach . A million.
“This is a very complicated transaction, including two megatrophy real estate properties, cash and numerous moving parts with multiple stakeholders,” and brokered both transactions but did not elaborate on the details. said Senada Adzem, a list agent.
The two mansions are less than 1,000 feet away from Delray Beach’s Stone Creek Ranch District, one of the town’s most luxurious gated communities.
The Rockybrook home where he received the Stark sits on 2.5 acres and has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The developers are already beginning to make significant improvements to their homes, and Adzem told CNBC that Stark is planning to sell the property soon.
“They incorporate exotic materials, custom lighting fixtures and all-new custom furniture,” she said.
The 9200 Rocky Brookway mansion in Delray Beach, Florida, was traded as part of a $55 million deal to buy Casama Lanero.

The sale price of Casa Maranello, which reaches over $2,400 per square foot, breaks the town’s record for price per region next to Megahome, known as the Villa Specter, built and designed by Stark.
“Aldo Stark is in his own league when it comes to visionary architecture, super luxurious design and development,” says Adzem.

The next property is roughly the same size and layout as the Casamaranero, but the latter is inspired by Ferrari. It is named after an Italian town based in a luxurious car manufacturer. James Bond.
Marketing materials for Villa Spectre show a car gallery filled with expensive Aston Martins and Bond-inspired Rolls-Royce Spectres. It was purchased in an off-market deal last month before the house was officially sold.
“The moment my client stepped inside, they were speechless,” said Adzem, who brokered the Villa Spector Sale.
According to public records, Villa Specter is trading for $36.8 million. It also sold fully furnished, with millions more, including furniture, art, alcohol and Rolls-Royce from Stark’s personal collection.
According to Adzem, the amount paid for Villa Specter and all its furniture brought the total transaction value closer to $55 million.
Adzem will not comment on the buyer’s identity in any of the transactions, but records show that Villa Specter was purchased by a trust linked to retired technical CEO Barry M. Smith.
