It is unknown what was deployed exactly, but authorities said a boat crashed at Disney’s Transport & Ticket Center while showers and thunderstorms rolled through the Central Florida area on Wednesday night.

Tami Hackett, who was on a boat with her family, recalled what happened during the crash.
“All of a sudden we hit something and we all flew forward and fell. The stroller landed on our backs and slammed the girls into our heads. A lot of people screamed and it hurt so badly. We docked the girls.
Another person on the boat, Heidi Goldsworthy, said the scene was confusing.

“It was very sudden and then it was confusing and completely confusing. The passengers were helping the passengers get up, checking people and making sure everyone was fine,” Goldworthy told the outlet.

“Disney would have known or had known the actions and omissions that caused the ferry to fall into the dock and failed to correct such conditions, or through the exercise of reasonable care,” the lawsuit states.
