In a reply to her initial comment, Rockwell said, “(h)e worked with McMahon to collaborate with Union Bust Pro Wrestling.

“A few days ago, I made a cruel and light-hearted comment from my personal Facebook account about a friend’s post about Hulk Hogan’s death,” she wrote on Saturday. “I deeply regret making that comment and deleting it. I want to be very clear that I don’t want to harm anyone, whether I share my political views or not.
Rockwell said, “I sincerely apologize for the erosion of comments on my ability to represent all students, families and staff in Alachua County. I want to ensure that the greatest benefits of children and public schools are at the heart of everything I do. Comments.
“There’s absolutely no excuse for what I said. I’m fully responsible for it,” Rockwell said. “I immediately posted an apology on my professional Facebook page. Tonight I sincerely and publicly apologize to everyone who was hurt or pissed off by my words.”
