Former server sues NYC polobar over cocaine use, sexual harassment

Employees are also said to have played a “rating game” that judges female customers attractively.

“The male server frequently made offensive, graphic sexual comments about female customers,” the lawsuit alleges.

Nobiretti claims he was fired last year after complaining with HR about him “facing terrible sexual harassment.”
