Goller hits the close white gap in Barcelona before the Copa del Rey

Arda Guler scored the only goal of the game. Real Madrid ran a narrow 1-0 winner against Getafe, taking Barcelona’s lead at the top of the La La Liga with four points to four points with the rest of five games.

In the final of the Copa del Rey on Saturday, we met their Catalan rivals, knowing that their hopes to catch Barca in the title race were a favor for the fierce battle victory at the Estadio Coliseum on Wednesday.

Guler’s strike proved sufficient for the evening when Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti made six changes to the team, including starting the likes of Jude Bellingham and Antonio Rudiger on the bench.

The 20-year-old Turkish International gave Madrid the lead 21 minutes after a great strike from the edge of the box found the back of the net.

Brahim Diaz seemed to waste a good chance before the ball left the young midfielder who gained a hard work from David Soria on Getafe’s goal, but the shot turned out to be too strong.

Ten minutes later, Endric made his first league start in the absence of injured Killian Mbappe, showing for sure he would double his team’s lead after Vinicius Junior played.

However, David Soria’s touch this time proved to be decisive, allowing Gene to clear the ball from the line.

It was a dominant half, largely from the visitors, but Ancelotti’s men had an almighty disappointment with over 15 minutes remaining.

Alvaro Rodriguez walked past two Madrid players and found an unmarked Mauro Aranbari in the box. However, the Uruguayans were able to drag the ball big just by looking good at the goal, and getafe’s brilliant opportunity was gging.

The real boss could be seen visibly upset by the bystanders due to the many heavy tackles being delayed and suspected of chanting aggressively towards Dani Seboros.

Eduardo Camavinga appears to be a victim of such a challenge, and the French fell into a halt.

Thibaut Courtois saved him well in the remaining seconds as the visitors were confined as they fought closely and won from occasional fiery events.
