In-N-Out said it will return its headquarters to Baldwin Park in Los Angeles County this week, “returning the West Coast Headquarters team under one roof.”
With that integration, Burger chain It will close a decades-old corporate office in Irvine, southeast of Los Angeles, Orange County.

Harry and Esther Snyder founded a burger chain in Baldwin Park 77 years ago, so shuttering the Irvine office and moving their headquarters to Baldwin Park will give them a return to their company’s origins.

The decision comes as they are poised to debut a new 100,000-square-foot Eastern Territorial Office near Nashville later next year.

In-N-Out said the “majority” of the corporate team will be based in Baldwin Park or the Eastern Territory offices after the Irvine office closed the door.
“Some of our peers will move to Tennessee, so it will be even more important to concentrate our western headquarters in one location. Our deepest roots are in Baldwin Park. N-Out Burger begins “Our owner Lynsi Snyder said in a statement.
The company announced plans for its Eastern Regional Office near Nashville in early 2023.

The company’s Nashville-area offices include an investment of $125.5 million, the Tennessee Department of Economic Community Development said in January 2023.
The company also brought hamburger joints to Tennessee. First Restaurant We’ll be targeting the opening next year.
