Houthi drone was fired down by US troops after Trump launched a “decisive” air strike
US warships have fired down approximately 12 Footie drones since their president Donald Trump Fox News launched airstrikes against terrorist groups on Saturday.
Senior defenseman told Fox News about the development on Sunday. The drone was targeted at a US Navy Truman Carrier Strike group and was shot down “a long ago” that posed a serious threat, officials added.
The latest military action came after a year and a half attack from Houthis on both commercial commercial and US military vessels. In a true social post on Saturday, Trump wrote that he “ordered the US troops to launch a decisive and powerful military action against Yemeni footy terrorists.”
“It has been more than a year since US wrapped commercial vessels sailed safely through the Suez Canal. Red Sea, Or the Gulf of Aden, “Trump continued. “The last American warship that had passed through the Red Sea four months ago was attacked by the Hoosis dozens of times.”

“The relentless attacks cost the US and the global economy billions of dollars, and at the same time risked innocent lives,” Trump wrote.
“For all Houthi terrorists, your time has ended and your attacks must stop from today. If they don’t, hell will rain over you like something you’ve never seen before!” his post concluded.

Trump redesigned the Houtis as a foreign terrorist organization (FTO) in January. His first administration called the Hoosis the FTO, but the Biden administration later overturned the move.
Sunday, White House I released a photo of Trump, Secretary of State Marco Rubio National Security Advisor Mike Waltz is monitoring the strike.
