“The transcripts for a large ju judge are usually secret, but they can be sealed by a judge for showing persuasive necessity,” said Nima Ramani, a trial lawyer in Los Angeles and a former federal prosecutor. “Requesting parties, in this case, Bondi must demonstrate that the need for disclosure outweighs the need for ongoing secrecy.”
