During the anti-ice protest on June 14th, Hoops is said to have threw large rocks into a building belonging to an agency in South Portland. According to US Lawyers’ Office in the Oregon Areahe threw one of the rocks at the ice officer, causing “severe tears in the eyes of the officer.” Additionally, Hoop and the other two were seen using the Stop Sign as an abuse ram, which allegedly caused “major damage” to the building’s main entrance.
The U.S. Lawyer’s Office for the Oregon area said Hoops faces up to 10 years in prison to undermine federal property for assaults in federal prisons up to 20 years.
