Ice will be arrested several times nationwide on anniversary weekend
Federal Immigration Authority Immigration and customs enforcement reported that multiple immigrants were arrested in various U.S. cities over the anniversary weekend.
The arrests came Saturday when they were taken into custody by officers of Ice Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) based in Boston, Denver, Houston, Newark, New York City and San Francisco, according to Ice.
Kevin Estardo Hernandez, 18, of Guatemala, was arrested by Ero Boston along with other federal agencies. Hernandez was in the United States without admission or parole. He says local police in Everett, Massachusetts were involved in the shooting between 18th Avenue and the MS-13 gang.

Ero Denver has arrested Jose Antonio Delas, 45, of El Salvador. According to ICE, he was illegally in the United States in 2008 and was denied a temporary protected status in 2008.
Misael Delgado Carlos, 35, of Mexico, was arrested by Ero Houston. She had been previously taken from the US I’ll re-enter illegally. She was also sentenced to a four-year postponed ruling after being criminally convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in Harris County, Texas.
Eduardo Sanchez Hernandez, 32, of Mexico, was arrested by Newark Elo with the help of Newark in the Homeland Security Investigation. Sanchez Hernandez, who entered the United States without permission, said he has a criminal history of showing arrest and pending temperament on suspicion of sexual assault of a victim under the age of 13 for sexual activity with a 13-year-old minor.

Ero New York City has arrested 26-year-old Ritz Janelle Sarvedra from Mexico. Unlawfully in the US, Savedra has a criminal history, including a 2022 conviction for third-degree felony rape at Yonkers, New York.
Jose Barrios Bello, 35, of Mexico, was previously taken from the United States and was arrested by Ero Salt Lake City after being illegally re-entered. He was convicted of the distribution of methamphetamine and sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Carlos Torres Bardovinos, 46, of Mexico, has been arrested by Ero San Francisco. He illegally enters the United States and has a criminal history including a felony conviction for oral mating of a child in Stanislaus County, California. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
