Bracho entered a blind plea Monday, pleading guilty to one count of first-degree involuntary manslaughter and two-degree assault. A blind plea means that the defendant pleads guilty without prior agreement regarding the sentence with the prosecutor.
As part of a plea bargain, prosecutors have dropped two first-degree charges that put child welfare and two misdemeanor traffic crimes at risk.

Bracho is scheduled to be sentenced September 12th. Prosecutors suggest that they sentence them to 10 years in prison for manslaughter, seven years in each attack, and all sentences to be carried out at the same time.
Wolf’s sister, Taylor Wolf, expressed his anger after his arrest, telling Fox & Friends that Bracho was not supposed to have been in the US in the first place.
“It really makes me mad,” Taylor Wolf said in a 2024 interview.
“Everyone here needs to get a driver’s license, we all need to learn how to drive, we need to take a test to get a license. She didn’t. Secondly, she wasn’t supposed to be here. I came here legallythey would have had her documents so they could get insurance. ”
“Now my family has been stuck with losing their children because they didn’t know how to drive,” she added.
Senator Josh Hawley, R-MO, He responded to the plea bargain and called it “justice” for the Wolf family.
