Uncertainty continues to affect the market as investors handle daily market development. During these periods, insider trading is often attracting attention. It can be driven by individual financial needs and desire for diversification. Executives often rely on pre-established plans, such as the 10B5-1, to maintain transparency. While insider trading can provide useful insights, it should be assessed in the context of a company’s financial health, market trends, and industry changes.
