Israel will stop as Israel marks Holocaust anniversary
Tel Aviv – Israel has stopped to stop the entire country to commemorate the six million Jews killed by the Nazis during the Holocaust.
The official Israeli ceremony, held under the banner of “The Pain of Liberation from Depth and Growth,” took place on Wednesday night, with 59 people including the October 7 massacre, the ongoing war with Hamas and 59 Americans still held by Palestinian terrorists in Gaza.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu painted the link between the Holocaust and the current threat facing Israel. “Eighty years ago, Jews were vulnerable. Today we are no longer helpless. Please return the hostage He defeated the enemy,” he said.
“No decision or solution can prevent us from solving our scores with these sleazy and terrifying barras just as bad as the Nazis who tempted, murdered and raped our loved ones,” Netanyahu added in connection with Hamas.

President Donald Trump Issued a declaration to mark strict opportunities. “The price of life lost during Shore to mankind cannot be fully grasped or understood. However, even in the wake of the Holocaust, self-determined Jewish homelands rose from the ashes as a modern Israeli nation,” he pointed out.
“Sadly, our country has supported the witness to the worst outbreak of anti-Semitism in American soil of a generation. On October 7, 2023, we were threatened on our streets and public squares almost every day as we continued attacks on Israeli and Jewish Americans. The poison of anti-Semitism Tragically it still exists,” he added.
Israeli President Isaac Herzog vowed that in the main memory of the country he would never allow another genocide to be committed against the Jews.

“This mountain of memories, Yad Vashem, we declare. We will not forget, we will not forgive, we will not be silent. We will not face Hamas, not face Iran, not face people who wish to harm us, whether we will missiles, machetes, lies,” he said.
During the event, Holocaust survivor Gadfaltauk (93) set one of six commemorative torches on fire before reciting the prayer.
Herzog traveled to Poland on Thursday and led a life march in the extinction camp in the former Auschwitz-Birkenau. This year, 80 survivors, ages 80 to 97, have been released from the Nazi death camp, with an Israeli delegation of 10 released hostages.

“The Jews sanctify life, not death. We come here with the hope that the covenant between the nation and its citizens will be respected. All hostages have returned, lived in their homes and fell to a proper burial,” he added.
They also participated in the family of people who were killed or still taken prisoner, as well as relatives who lost loved ones during the 18-month war.
Among the other participants was Meryl Eisenhower Atwater, great grandson of Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower. Liberate Europe. This March gave a special tribute to the Allied forces that liberated the Nazi Camp 80 years ago.
Approximately 120,000 Holocaust survivors who have migrated to Israel remain alive, with about 13,000 people dead in the past year, according to official data. Approximately 2,500 survivors were affected by the October 7 attack in Hamas, most of which were safely evacuated from their homes.
An estimated 220,800 Holocaust survivors still live in 90 countries around the world.

A recent report entitled “Vanishing Witnesses: An Emergency Analysis of the Decline in An Holocaust Survivors” revealed that only half of these survivors were in six years, only 30%, or 66,250, and by 2035 there were around 66,250, and by 2040 there were 22,080 survivors remaining.
Founded in 1951, Yom Hashoah is observed annually in Israel on the 27th day of Nissan’s Hebrew calendar month, and is the time when rituals, programs and survivor testimony takes place in Jewish communities around the world in April or May.
