Jane Seymour has been in shape for decades without the trendy diet or marathon workout routine.

“I’m the size I was when I was a ballet dancer now at 17,” the 74-year-old actress told Fox News Digital.

“I try to stay at the same weight, but I don’t get hooked on it. I grew over the years, but never got over 10 pounds. When I was playing Wallis Simpson, who had to be madly thin, I’m losing my healthy weight.

Jane Seymour says she shows her age to women and tells them, “I’m not pretending to be 20 when you’re 70.”

But everything I do can be done by anyone else in a hotel room, in the living room, in the garden, where I can put my yoga mat. I do pilates legwork. This is like doing some of my ballet.
