US Steel Corporation (NYSE:X) is an American steel company headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As with the Peer Nuclear, the company regularly featured it at the 2025 Cramer’s Morning Show. CNBC Host commented on the US Steel Corporation (NYSE:X) in the context of Japan’s acquisition of the company. Cramer’s previous comments have seen him advise viewers to invest in Nucor instead of US steel. He is also opposed to Japan’s attempts to buy the US Steel Corporation (NYSE:X) as he believes that Japanese companies dumped steel in the US market and dumped steel in the US market to hurt American manufacturers. His recent comments came after co-host David Faber said the US steel contract was about to close.

“Well, I was very suspicious of Nippon Steel, which I believe in dumping in our country, so I think I wanted to win it.

Cramer has previously argued that on several occasions he prefers Nucor to the US Steel Corporation (NYSE:X). For example, he commented at once.

“And when I see nuclear, I always want to buy nuclear instead of letter X. President, historically the Japanese have subsidized our country’s dumping steel, so I think Vice President Vance can play a role here.
