A federal judge ordered agencies to restore public access to health-related webpages and datasets they removed to comply with President Donald Trump’s executive order. Deleting important information from the CDC and FDA websites delays patient care, hinders research and impedes patient ability to communicate with patients, plaintiffs’ lawyers argued in court filings.
