Kamala Harris receives an icy response at Lakers’ games, with fans calling an impressive seat
Former Vice President Kamala Harris was discovered in a Los Angeles Lakers This week’s game appeared to have received a rather icy response from fans who attended Thursday night.
A video shared on social media shows Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff walking to seats at crypto.com arena for Thursday’s match. Golden State Warriors.

Social media users pointed out Harris’ seat. Harris’ seating was up in a row from the court, pointing to the overall lack of reception when Harris and Emov stood up.
Comedian Jeff Die, who was present, shared a video of Harris and Emov’s seating.
“Kamala Harris is in the Lakers Warriors game like 58 lines. I’m sure I’ll save some of that money. @kamalaharris @douglasemhoff,” he said in a post shared on X. .

“Kamala Harris and Doug Emhoff have arrived at the Lakers Games. Almost no one bothered us,” one user wrote to X.

“The crowd wasn’t entirely frank,” another commented.
“The enthusiastic response of the crowd is saying it all,” one post read.

Following Harris’s failed campaign, speculation about the former vice president’s future in politics led her to the possibility of a California governor bid in 2026.
Before Thursday NBA games, Harris visited areas damaged by the Palisade wildfires and spoke with refugees at Red Cross shelters.

“I was at home for two weeks and three days,” Harris said. “My plan is to get in touch with my community, get in touch with leaders and understand what I can do to support them.”
When pushed further, Harris replied, “No matter what office I hold, I’m sure I’ll be here because it’s the right thing to do.”
