Kings Foundation deals with a gardener escape suspect at High Grove House Estate

King’s Foundation claimed that staff turnover was “far below the national average” when Fox News Digital reached it.
“The Kings Foundation takes staff welfare very seriously and strives to become an exemplary employer,” said a Kings Foundation spokesman. “We are proud to regularly report extremely high satisfaction rates in our annual staff survey. Staff turnover rates are well below the national average. We regularly review guidance from our wage benchmark guides, especially from our specialized gardeners guilds, for our high-glove gardening teams.”
“Highgrove has also seen many positive developments since the King’s Foundation became the garden’s charity manager. Since 2022, operating profit has more than doubled. New educational facilities have been established to teach hundreds of students traditional heritage skills, with visitors continuing to exceed 40,000 per year.”

Fox News Digital can confirm that one complaint was reported between 2024 and 2025 out of its nearly 500 staff.
Staff have also been receiving pay increases annually since 2022, Fox News Digital learned. This salary increase ranges from 15% to 19%, along with the national average.
