“Maga, I thought you all defended freedom of speech and the First Amendment, right? Why are you so mad at Terry Moran’s comments? Stop being such a snowflake, stop looking for a safe space.
“I’m embarrassed to you, @Abcnews,” former GOP Rep. Joe Walsh, who joined Democrats this year.
“How to not stand up to the Free Press,” he added. In another post about X, Walsh called Moran’s suspension “utter b —–” and said, “You’re a free press. You don’t do what the authoritarians in the White House are saying to you. Thank you for having the courage to tell @terrymoran the truth.”
“What Moran reported was a proving fact. An indisputable fact. But they interrupt him. This is an advantage Trump and his likeness have. They are moral pale, beyond normalcy, and it is thought to explain them that way to explain them.”
Medhi Hasan, a former MSNBC host who started his own publication, Zeteo, directed criticism of Trump officials who defended the president and Miller.
“Snowflakes. Pretend to be a free speech warrior. Stop journalists and call for fire. Hypocrite,” Hasan wrote.
Hasan also posted on Bluesky Moran’s suspension said, “Moran was in the way to avoid embarrassing the president’s delusion about the doctor’s MS13 photo, so ironically, “Let’s agree to oppose it,” but they still stopped him. You can’t appease these people.”
Moran interviewed Trump repeatedly called for Moran and ABC news about his first 100 days of Trump’s appointment.
Trump accused Moran of “not very good” during the exchange for the deportation of illegal immigrant Kilmer Abrego Garcia.
“They are giving you a once-in-a-lifetime break,” Trump told Moran. “You’re doing an interview, I chose you, frankly, I’ve never heard of you, so it’s fine. I chose you, Terry, you’re not very good.”

Keith Olbermann, former MSNBC host for Far-Left, reposted Moran’s attacks on Moran and Trump, calling on Bob Iger, CEO of Disney, who owns ABC News.
“Another coward named @robertiger responded by suspending Terry indefinitely for telling the truth to ABC News,” writes Orberman. “I copied Terry’s words here, and I especially encourage journalists to do the same thing or cut and paste what I wrote and put it out under your name.”
Others also urged followers to share Moran’s deleted posts.
Ron Filipkowski, editor-in-chief of liberal website Meidastouch, said Moran’s suspension was a product of corporate journalism.
“Independent journalism is when Terry Moran can write what he wrote without getting into trouble. When corporate journalism can’t,” he writes.
ABC News did not immediately return a request for comment.
Moran’s suspension to air his ideas is due to the continued erosion of public trust in the media. Gallup survey Last year, 31% of Americans showed a record drop, and at least expressed confidence in the media to report the news accurately.
