Los Angeles Lakers superstar will be slim for the 2025 season
With a new look, Luka Doncic is back in preseason training with the Los Angeles Lakers after spending the summer in Croatia’s rigorous fitness regime.
Despite being one of the NBA’s leading lights since his debut in 2018, the 26-year-old has faced regular Jibes about his physique and lack of conditioning.
Donsic’s career low 50 games on either side of the Dallas Mavericks’ mid-season trade of the blockbuster with the Lakers was also cited as a reason for the injury-plagued 2024-25 season.
Los Angeles was eliminated from the postseason in the first round by the Minnesota Timberwolves, and Don Sic contacted his manager the following day to inform him of his desire to return to Europe and improve his fitness.
