Lyle Menendez posts a mysterious Mother’s Day message before responsing to the hearing

“To all those who are suffering today for some reason… Your mother has passed away. You weren’t abusing your mother. You are struggling to celebrate her. You have estranged from her.
Menendez, 57, and brother Eric Menendez, 54, have been in a California prison since 1996 and have served life sentences without the possibility of their parole. My parents’ murder in 1989.
The brothers allegedly shot his father, former RCA record executive Josemenendez, in self-defense, and after warning that he was going to expose him as a child sex abuser, they thought he would kill him. They also killed their mother, Mary “Kitty” Menendez. Mary was sitting next to Jose eating ice cream in the living room in Beverly Hills as the fire opened.

Their first trial ended with cheating when the ju judges failed to agree with their fate. After the second trial in the mid-1990s, when some of their evidence on alleged sexual abuse was ruled out, the ju judges agreed with the prosecutor that their motive was greedy.
Lyle Menendez previously gave public hints about what he plans to do if he is released.
The brother of the elder Menendez said he was working on how to study with a master’s degree and reintegrate with society when he called out Live interview With lawyer Mark Jelagos at Nashville’s Crimicon 2024.

Hochman shared the findings of each CRA report, conducted by state psychologists at the state parole department. This determines an overall risk assessment of the likelihood of committing violence after the release of both Menendez brothers. He argued that the pair was higher, not “low risk.”
Each report found that both brothers have been cited in recent months to break the rules of prison for smuggling violations, particularly for possession of a mobile phone.
Hochman first shared the findings of Lyle Menendez.
He added that Lyle “destroyed his rules” and that his report showed his “right and willingness to meet his own needs.”

Hochman added that he should have done his best as his resentment was on the table.
Instead, Hochmann said he proved that “he is likely to do anything necessary to meet his needs and has a narcissistic tendency.”

He also said these conclusions have been changed and various warnings accompanying use of CRAs outside the state’s parole system can be flagged.

The brothers will return to Van Nuys West Courthouse from May 13-14 for ongoing procedures In the case of their res ticks.
The upcoming date is crucial as there are unresolved issues surrounding risk assessment reports require siblings to resent the murder of their parents.
