Marsh McLennan net income was 7.6% to $1.2 billion in the second quarter of 2025
Marsh McLennan reported net income of $12.1 billion for the second quarter of 2025 (second quarter of 2025), up 7.6% from $1.12 billion a year ago.
The company’s net income per share rose 8% to $2.45, while operating income rose 11.8% to $1.833 billion.
Insurers’ consolidated revenue for the quarter was $6.977 billion, up 12% from the first quarter of 2024.

Revenue in the Risk and Insurance Services segment reached $4.6 billion, up 15%.
Within this segment, Marsh, a Marsh McLennan unit, contributed to revenue of $3.8 billion, up 18% year-on-year. Guy Carpenter’s revenue reached $677 million, up 7%.
The company’s performance is also strong on a regional basis, with underlying revenues in the US/Canada region increasing by 4%.
International businesses have seen a 7% increase in basic revenue, including an 8% increase in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, a 4% increase in Asia-Pacific and a 3% increase in Latin America.
Marsh McLennan reported a repurchase of 1.4 million shares in the second quarter of 2025 at a cost of $300 million.
For the six months ended June 30, 2025, the company’s net profit was $2.599 billion.
Revenue increased from $12.69 billion in the first half of 2024 (H1 2024) to $14.033 billion.
