Hollywood actors Matt Damon and Ralph Fiennes took them Fitness trip To a completely new level.

Fitness regimens may vary, but one thing is clear.

Damon and Fiennes are working on major physical changes.

The actors endured rigorous training for their respective roles in “The Odyssey” and director Uberto Pasolini’s “The Return.”

Fiennes has proven that age is merely a number when it comes to fitness.

The 62-year-old revealed how he was torn apart due to his latest role portraying Odysseus.

His fitness trainer Dan Avasilkai explained that the actor started “running six days a week, and a few days, ballet” at 5:30am. Times UK

When Fiennes prepared his role in a film based on Homer’s “Odyssey,” he told his trainer that he needed to develop the physique of a “hero in exile.”

“I said I wanted to look like a rope, like an old rope,” he explained to Abasilkai.

Fiennes began her fitness trip two months before filming. His weight had dropped by 160 pounds to nearly 16 pounds by the first day of the set.

“At that age, prevention of injuries is everything,” added Abasilkai. “You can’t train a 60-year-old like you would at 20. Your muscles, bones and joints are different. You kept Ralph’s training strict and safe. Form is everything.”

The “The Return” star’s intense regimen included running six days a week, ballet classes for posture once a week, and daily massage therapy.

As for his diet, Fienne’s trainer detailed his diet as “high in protein, medium in fat and low in carbohydrates.”

Abasilkai often cooks for Hollywood actors, but he adds that he surprises Fiennes with their favourite Italian gelato.

There was a day when Fiennes didn’t drink water before filming.

“It’s not sustainable. In a normal routine, it’s important to stay hydrated properly.”

Fienne’s fitness trainers produced results. The 62-year-old actor changed his physique.

“He feels good. He has more energy, no joint pain and is stronger than ever. He can do 17 pull-ups, 78 press-ups and bench-pressing 65 kilograms (143 pounds).

Last week, the British actor, also known for his portrayal of Lord Voldemort in the popular film series Harry Potter, flexed his muscles with a new photo.

His transformation sparked widespread praise, with many fans celebrating his commitment to physical health and fitness.

Several fans responded to his impressive photos in humorous plays with words that reference his “Harry Potter” character. One fan called him “Swolde Mort.”

“You have to be smarter with the kind of people we work with,” Walsh said. “My biggest worry was that he’s going to break. A $100 million movie star? That’s a lot of pressure.”

Damon’s longtime Hollywood friend Ben Affleck I recently called him out for his bulging look.

In a recent interview, 52-year-old Affleck responded to Damon’s Fit physique from the set of “The Odyssey.”

“When Matt first took shape in his life, he tore his shirt,” Affleck joked “Today.”

“He said, ‘Would you show me this too?!’ and I said, ‘I want to do something a little.’

Damon was filming on set in Favignana, Italy for “The Odyssey.”

In the photo, Damon showed off his abs, wearing nothing but a tattered cloth wrapped around his waist. The Hollywood actor looked sturdy, wearing a grey beard, with wreckage piercing his body.
