Mets’ Francis Colindore partners with Dairy Queen for Children’s Hospital Charities


New York Mets All-Star Shortstop Francis Colindore is trapped in making a postseason berth worthy of a postseason berth, but that doesn’t stop him from affecting his community.

Lindor is known for his off-field influence, and in collaboration with Dairy Queen, he is spreading the word about the very sweet ways that anyone can support a child’s hospital.

Dairy Queen It has been announced that the “Miracle Treat Day” will be held on July 31st. At this location, all “Blizzard Treats” purchased at participating US locations will be donated at least $1 to the local children’s hospital through Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.

“This won’t get any better,” Lindor told Fox Business about the impact the promotion has had. “So there’s a blizzard of your favorite flavors. There’s a variety of flavors. And with that, over a dollar will be donated to the local children’s hospital via the miracle network. That sounds easy.

“What we get to help kids who are challenging themselves in life that we can’t even imagine. It’s something that hit me home and what our fans like can get out there and be part of this amazing thing.”

Linder said he was a “simple guy” when it comes to the snowstorm he chose, so that’s cookie dough for him.

However, Lindor visited Gillette Children’s Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota during his recent trip with the Mets and began meeting the children he is clashing with to play against the Mets. “It’s incredible. I appreciate the way they have helped me a lot. I appreciate the love they have with their kids,” Linder explained of the dairy queen. “To be my own father is a truly blessing and it means that they have the same beliefs I have and that they have the core values.”
