Microsoft ends employment of workers who staged anti-Israel protests at company events


Microsoft reportedly was fired An employee who disrupts the company’s 50th anniversary ceremony event and expresses his opposition to the job of providing artificial intelligence technology to Israel.

Two employees protested at the event, but a Microsoft spokesman told Fox Business that one employee had “resigned and the other was “Let Go.”

When Microsoft AI CEO Mustafa Souleman spoke at the event, Ebtihar Absad began screaming at him, accusing him of being the “benefits of war.” She asked Thuleman to “stop using AI on genocide.”

“Mustafa, I’m embarrassed by you. I’m asserting you that you care about using AI forever, but Microsoft sells AI weapons to the Israeli military,” cried Absad.

Suleyman thanked Absad for his protest, saying, “I have heard you.”

When security led her out of the room, Absad said, “Everything at Microsoft has blood in its hands,” and the company said, “kill the kids.”
