Manhunt of Minnesota Gunman Fox News has been accused of shooting two Democrats and their spouses in separate homes as authorities say they are “exploring all the way.”

The FBI is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the capture of a suspect identified as 57-year-old Vance L. Boelter. He is accused of shooting former Minnesota speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark early Saturday at a Brooklyn Park home. Sen. John Hoffman, a Democrat, and his wife, Yvette, were shot and injured in a home in Champurin about nine miles away.

Travis Riddle, ATF special agent for St. Paul Field Division, told Fox News he is sure he is “absolutely.”

“He’s been lucky,” Riddle said. “I don’t think his tactical expertise outweighed the law enforcement response.”

Authorities have not revealed any potential motives for the shooting.

Both targeted lawmakers had crossed party boundaries a few days ago to vote to continue free health care for illegal immigrants.

President Donald Trump said Saturday that he was described what he called “the horrifying shootings that took place in Minnesota look like a target attack on state lawmakers.”

He said U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondy and the FBI were investigating the situation and “will prosecute those involved to the fullest extent of the law.”

“This kind of horrifying violence would not be tolerated in the United States,” Trump wrote of the true society. “God blesses the great people of Minnesota, truly wonderful places!”
