Mizuho lowers Fiserv (FI) price target and surpasses ratings
Fiserv, Inc. (NYSE:fi) is one of 11 Best Fintech Stocks to Buy Now. On June 17th, Mizuho was Fiserv and Inc. (NYSE: FI) price target has been reduced from $200 to $194, maintaining its “outperform” rating.
This downward adjustment to the price target is Fiserv, Inc. (NYSE: FI) This is due to a decline in research companies’ expectations for Clover Payment Processing Processing Platform. The company currently forecasts its second quarter growth estimate of 8%. This is compared to the previous 9% forecast.

For the full year of 2025, Mizuho reduced clover growth estimates from 11% to 9%. However, this still represents a double-digit percentage growth when gateway conversion is excluded.
Mizuho will be Fiserv and Inc in 2025. It pointed out that (NYSE: FI) is expected to be the “2H Road Year.” Performance in the second quarter is expected to be similar to performance in the first quarter.
Despite these adjustments in the upcoming outlook, Mizuho analysts expressed confidence in the company’s ability to achieve growth targets. Adjusted projections are Fiserv, Inc. (NYSE:FI) is still in line with previous guidance.
