MLB News: Mets’ Francisco Linder says Juan Soto has been snub off the All-Star roster

The New York Mets sent four players to Atlanta for the All-Star Game a few weeks ago, but the star shortstop Francisco Lindor He said there should be another player to go with them.
Linder, 31, said his star teammate Juan Soto should be on board. Mets Conditions for Atlanta.
“We hope we can get players like him in every All-Star Game,” Lindor told Fox News Digital after talking about Miracle Treat Day in DQ.

“I wish he was with us. He deserves it. He would have been there for sure.”
Soto has begun It’s late in the year, but I actually made it towards the All-Star break. In 106 games this season, Soto has a batting average of .248 on 25 home runs, 62 RBIs and 15 stolen bases.
Lindor said Soto is not the only player to be snubled from the game.

“It wasn’t just that he could say that a lot of the players around the league didn’t get the recognition they deserved,” Lindor said.
“Juan Soto (IS) is one of the best batters in the league, and he becomes the number he wants (at the end of the season) and perhaps a silver slugger.
In addition to Lindor, Pete Alonso, Closer Edwin Diaz and starting pitcher David Peterson were Mets players selected for the National League All-Star Game.

Lindor said the Mets must try and find a “best version” of themselves in one go, as they compete for postseason spots.
“We’ve been trying to stay ourselves, continue to play the game the right way, push each other and support each other and become the best version of ourselves,” Lindor said.
