NEA Teachers Union prioritizes anti-Trump behaviour over education fundamentals

Teacher union members reportedly fought against President Donald Trump It was more important than teaching reading and writing at this year’s annual National Education Association Conference.

Pringle has always been speaking out for her criticism of the Trump administration, previously denying Trump’s immigration crackdown and supporting former Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris in the 2024 election.

The Free Press report also claimed that union members who asked about standing up for Jewish teachers received unfriendly reactions at the meeting.

A Texan from Texas attended this year’s conference said the focus on the Free Press was “politics, gender, gender.”

“When the representatives take the stage, they tell you they’re political,” the representative told the Free Press. “These things didn’t just happen overnight. People just aren’t paying attention.”
