“There have been a considerable number of cases of violence occurring within the facility during surveillance, including attacks by prisoners and assaults on staff,” the report said. “During this period of surveillance, the level of violence at the facility has always been high.”

There should be no delays at all. That information should come out through law enforcement and the community.”
