New strategies needed to combat anti-Israel violence organized in US soil

For decades, the “Intifada Globalization” chant has run through Europe and the Middle East, a blatant and unmistakable call for violence and terrorism against Israelis and Jews. However, over the past two years, these chants have only been strengthened and increased, and are now moving westward to the United States. What began as a protest on campus has now turned into vigilante violence.
This week in Boulder, Colorado, a man screaming “Free Palestine” I threw a Molotov cocktail He burns them with peaceful protesters who host events to bring Israeli hostages home. Two young staff members at the Israeli Embassy were murdered outside the Jewish Museum, and the archer then said, “I did it for Palestine, I did it for Gaza.” Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro’s home was flammed with his family for “what (Shapiro) wants to do to the Palestinian people,” given his Jewishness.
These are not isolated cases. They are all organized and linked to one group: Hamas. The ideology of the same terrorists behind these attacks was on display University Campus For the past two years, in the form of violent anti-Israel and anti-Semitic camps. Let’s be clear, these are not protests of the 1960s. Contrary to what the media may have reported, these were not student-led “protests.” A new lawsuit filed by my organization reveals that the violent acquisition of Hamilton Hall at Columbia University and the encampment for weeks at UCLA are part of an organized and choreographed effort by career experts to carry out Hamas’ violence, fear, and plans to eradicate Jews and Israel.
Anti-Semitic violence erupts in America as some people call intifadas and target Jews
At UCLA, rabbis, doctors, and law students sued students across the country for justice in Palestinian and other anti-Zionist groups over the camps where humans were raised with swords and “human phalanx.” The designated team of security guards surrounded the area armed with wooden planks, makeshift shields, pepper spray and taser. Members of the groups involved in the litigation will be coordinated through social media and Google Documents to document how to plan, fund, execute and enhance the camp. And just days after the first camp was dispersed by police, more than 40 protesters were discovered in metal pipes, bolt cutters, chains, padlocks and manuals to “occupy” campus buildings.
At Columbia University, Highly coordinated mob They stormed Hamilton Hall on campus using violent, masked tactics reminiscent of Ku Klux Klan. Masked invaders armed with ropes, zip ties and crow bars passed through doors and windows. These two custodians sued the group behind the forum of the people, occupation, for the attack. Meanwhile, the perpetrators accused the administrator of “Jewish lovers” for employment.
These are not eyes children with signs of seeking a more loving and peaceful world. These protesters are part of a vast network of terrorists who use the same bitch students to inspire violence and cause confusion. This is an attempt to justify the fear of an entire group of people. This is the use of guerrilla tactics for students and faculty in environments that are thought to be safe.
What we are dealing with now is a highly organized, generously funded, Professionally managed campaigns This has all the attributes of military involvement, from detailed planning to careful mapping to accurate logistics elements.
This new realization requires a change in strategy in how we counterattack these attacks. Until now, most cases for universities have been based on a single strategy. It’s about holding taxpayer-funded universities accountable for the hatred they allowed to spread to their institutions. There are two goals for this strategy. First, universities should not be allowed to use taxpayer money to fund discrimination, particularly if that discrimination prevents students from participating in classes. Second, universities should be encouraged to properly address their campus issues, and ensure that both the government and lawyers have to deal with one of them. These previous cases in which universities were responsible for their intentional indifference to anti-Semitism have worked when these schools forced them to acknowledge and stand up ramp-prolonged anti-Semitism on campus.

I developed this strategy. US Department of Education 20 years ago. It underlies the ongoing Congressional investigation and enforcement efforts by the Civil Rights Bureau, which resembles the strategy used by the Trump Task Force on Anti-Semitism to eradicate anti-Semitic harassment in schools.
However, there will be a lot of changes in 20 years and this will not be enough.

To address this current reality, new strategies must be adopted to address it. The perpetrator must be held liable for criminal conduct on campus, including both criminal prosecution and civil litigation. But that’s not enough. It also disrupts the support and resources of the perpetrators and helps them run these calculated and coordinated campaigns. In other words, we previously dealt with the symptoms of anti-Semitism by holding the university accountable. Now we are also reaching the root of the problem by dealing with those who fund, support, plan, and enable anti-Semitist activities. Like the Muslim Brotherhood supported by Colorado attackers. The Council on Islamic Relations (CAIR) praised the attack on October 7th. Palestine Students for Justice Continuously promote violence on campus and incite “student intifadas.”
Our protests have changed, as is our reality. We need to be ready to change with it.
