NFL News: Cowboys’ Ceedeelam has expressed support for Mika Parsons

Mika Parsons announced that he requested a deal from Dallas Cowboys In a social media post on Friday, his teammates came out in support of him.
Parsons, 26, said he negotiated with the cowboys that he “no longer wants” after months of stagnation.
Parsons’ superstar teammate, Cedee Rumtook him to X and expressed his support.

“Never fail. You just pay the guy what you owe. No extra curriculum is needed.” Lam wrote.
Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs, linebacker Demarvion Overshown and defensive Juanyeh Thomas all changed X’s profile pictures to include Parsons.
In his post, Parsons said he did everything to show he wanted to stay with the Cowboys.
“Yes, I wanted to be here. I did everything I could to show that I wanted to be a cowboy. I wanted to wear a star in my helmet. I wanted to play in front of the best fans of the sport and build this American (sic) team again.

“I don’t want to stop negotiating the door without an agent. I don’t want to take a shot because of my injuries while I’m injured because of the organization, my fans, my teammates.
Parsons said he wanted to get a contract extension after the third season when he first qualified for such a deal, but he had no interest in the team. Parsons said he was “alright,” and turned his attention to the 2024 season.
But once again, Parsons said there was a “radio silence” from the Cowboys regarding a potential contract extension after last season.
“We have not yet had a call email or text to the agent regarding the start of negotiations yet. To this day, the team has not had a single conversation with the agent regarding the start of negotiations. There has not been a single request by my agent, such as the year of money,” writes Parsons.

“I made a difficult decision not to want to play for the Dallas Cowboys. My trade request was personally submitted to Stephen Jones,” Parsons concluded his post.
Parsons was one of the best pass rushers since being selected for the 12th overall pick in 2021. NFL Draft Out of Pennsylvania. Parsons made the Pro Bowl for all four seasons of his career.
In 63 career games, there are 52.5 sacks with 172 solo tackles and nine forced fumbles. Last season, Parsons had 12 sacks in 13 games.
