“I’m excited, I think this is a new era for me,” Cunningham told Fox News Digital in a recent interview. “I learned a lot and learned how to become a professional, and now I’m currently going to Indiana to play with the best players from around the world.”

Cunningham told Fox News Digital that she believes Indiana’s “style of play” is something that will thrive. She said she believes that if the court chemistry is there, this team is a good chance to win the championship.

“I’m excited about (Clark’s) competitiveness. I’m excited about everything she brings to the table. But I’m excited about you guys. I’m also a veterinarian. I’ve been like a player for years. It’s rewarding and focused on my energy.

Cunningham takes over the madness of March

Cunningham spoke to Fox News Digital on behalf of her partnership with Quest Nutrition during the Women’s NCAA Tournament. The University of Missouri star appeared in the second round in each of four seasons alongside the Tigers, celebrating the new attention the women’s tournament has received over the years.

“It’s huge. And the talent and talent, the competitiveness you know, has always been there. Now, we’re just on TV where people can witness it, fall in love with our games, fall in love with the players,” she said. “I was in the NCAA tournament for four years. Now I’m going to be the fan behind the bar that supports it in Quest.”

Over the weekend, Cunningham hosted a watch party with fans in New York on behalf of Quest Nutrition.
