Pam Bondi praises Supreme Court deportation ruling on aliens and enemy laws
Attorney General Pam Bondy After the Trump administration began a path to resume deportation flights under the legal duties of aliens and enemy after the Trump administration began to halt it, the Supreme Court warned illegal immigrant criminals to start packing their bags.

The decision also added due process protection to detainees. This means they must be given the opportunity to challenge detention via habeas corps.
“From this point on, the (popular corpus) hearing will be held. In Texas, in the court of confinement, it will be a much faster hearing. They cannot file a class action lawsuit. It will be a much smoother, simpler hearing, and these people will be deported,” explained Bondy.

This decision was a temporary victory, but then came US District Judge James Boasburg He blocked the use of Trump administration’s law for 14 days, but he considered the case last month for its merits.
The federal court of appeals upheld the suspension in its 2-1 ruling.

“These liberal district judges thought they had control over our country-wide policies; Donald Trump’s A policy to keep America safe. They can’t do that,” Bondy said.
“This is a groundbreaking ruling of the rule of law yesterday and is very important as these flights continue. These terrorists… they are foreign enemies of our country and we will continue to deport them.
