This weekend, the highly anticipated League One showdown is set for longtime Paris Saint-Germain rival Marseille.

PSG is away from an impressive Champions League victory over Liverpool and is looking to continue the strong form of the country as they charge towards another League One title.

Marseille is their closest competitor, but is 16 points behind.

The hosts want to extend that gap to 19, but it’s not an easy task on Roberto de Zerbi’s part.

Nevertheless, PSG is my favorite with its home advantage and excellent team depth.

Given the offensive talent on both sides, expect an interesting battle against each team’s goals.

Their offense is relentless, scoring 16 goals in the final five games, with Dembele shining as the league’s top scorer (20 goals).

Meanwhile, Marseille is facing a number of injuries retreat as Amin Harritt, Michael Murillo, Pierre Emile Hoybjeerg and Reuben Blanco are unavailable.

In particular, Hojbjerg’s absence affects mid-game stability. Despite these challenges, Marseille’s offense remained productive, scoring nine goals in the final five matches.
