Pennsylvania Government Shapiro Family Safety After Arson at Governor’s Residence
Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro and his family were safely evacuated from the governor’s mansion early Sunday after authorities said Suspicious arsonist has fired To the residence.
Shapiro, considered the Democratic presidential candidate in 2028, sparked a fire overnight, and his family celebrated the first night of Passover Jewish holidays.
Shapiro Posted At X, he and his family woke up around 2am and slammed the police who slammed the door after “arsonists set fire to” the governor’s residence.
“Thank God that no one was injured, and the fire went out,” Shapiro wrote. “Every day we stand up to law enforcement and first responders who run towards danger to protect our community, and last night they did that for our families.

Firefighters and police responded to a report of a fire at the Harrisburg governor’s residence around 2am. Pennsylvania Police I said.
No one was injured The fire has gone outPolice said they added that the fire caused significant damage to some of the residence.
“While the investigation is ongoing, the state police are ready to say at this point that this is an act of arson,” police said. No further details were provided immediately.
Police said a maximum of $10,000 is being offered for the arrest and conviction of an individual or individual responsible for the fire.
