Postwar fireworks erupt at Times Square: Ryan Garcia confronts Bill Haney on a “scary” scouting mission ahead of Romero’s conflict
Devin Haney’s fathers Ryan Garcia and Bill Haney had an exchange today during Ryan’s workout session ahead of the fight on Friday, May 2nd. dazn ppvagainst Rolando Rory Romero of Times Square in New York City.
Bill was filming Ryan’s workout, which upset him. Despicable, early scouting mission by his son and papa Haney between him. Ryan stopped training when he saw Bill filming him.
My workout was confused
The two then discussed back and forth. Bill seemed troubled by Garcia’s suspension of workout sessions. Given Thrashing Garcia, who ate Haney in April last year, Bill is doing everything he can to help his son understand how to defeat Ryan.
Ryan’s father, Henry Garcia, spoke with Bill Haney. Kingley’s coaching team believes Devin and Bill are too focused on Ryan, and early filming is a sign of staring. That could be a big mistake as Devin has to win and win the battle against Jose Ramirez this Friday. These two fight with the undercard of Ryan vs. Rory’s “Rory” Romero.
Kingley defeated Haney (31-0, 15 KOs) in April last year in a one-sided match at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Haney was dropped three times and at the end it appeared to have a jaw problem, which was a huge loss. The results later overturned and were changed to the NO contest after Garcia tested positive for Ostarin.
