Prosecutors are seeking Idaho Killer Coberger’s 99 non-contact order

“The claim is based on the fact that the defendant has received a guilty plea for all crimes charged in the indictment and will be sentenced to prison on July 23, 2025,” attorney Bill Thompson wrote in the allegation released Tuesday.

“The current NO contact order expires on January 5, 2027, and the state is respectfully requesting it be extended over the next 99 (99) years.”

On July 2nd, Kohberger pleaded guilty murder Madison Morgen, 21, Kaylee Goncalves, 21, Zana Carnodor, 20, Ethan Chapin, 20. He was killed in a 4am home invasion on November 13, 2022 at a rental house on King Road, Moscow, Idaho.
