Hours after thousands of people flocked to downtown Los Angeles For demonstration day, The scene changed from peace to violence as the scene caused a stir to unleash tear gas.
“The demonstrations took the streets. Dispersion orders will be issued to all people in Alameda, south of Aliso and north of Temple, and will leave the area soon,” LAPD warned of X.

“People in the crowd are throwing rocks, bricks, bottles and other objects. Not fatal, not fatal. It can cause discomfort and pain. I recommend that everyone leave the area.”
Fox News correspondent Christina Coleman was on the scene and reported that she saw what appears to have been glass bottles thrown at officers and gas is being deployed across the area.
Fox News reported that LAPD and SWAT, LA County Sheriff’s deputies, are currently on the scene.
Deputies were able to see riot equipment on the frontline as officers announced an illegal assembly was declared and gas would be deployed.

Earlier that day, LA Mayor Karen Bass appealed to the public to protest peacefully.
“My phone should not give the administration an excuse to intervene as people march across Los Angeles today,” Bus said at a press conference.
“Let’s make sure we show the world the best of LA and our country. Let’s contrast this administration’s provocation, escalation and violence.”
This is protesting on Saturday, June 14th, similar to the DC military parade and the president’s 79th birthday as it protests against the Trump administrations around Los Angeles and across the country.
The protest continues in days of nationwide protests against federal immigrant raids made by Immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) Agent.

Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert G. Luna said Friday that nearly 12 deputies were injured during the ongoing riot after protesters fired rocks, Molotov cocktails and “high-quality fireworks.”
According to LAPD, from Saturday June 7 to Saturday June 7, LAPD made more than 500 arrests related to the protests.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom continues to hold them accountable for the escalating protests against Trump, claiming that they were peaceful demonstrations before the National Guard and his rhetoric accelerated the conflict.
In a statement to Fox News Digital, Newsom’s Office said the Trump administration “did not even take advantage of the additional resources available to clean up the mess.”
“Let’s be clear. There was no need for National Guard in Los Angeles. State and local law enforcement agencies were responding. Federal agencies didn’t take advantage of the additional resources available to clean up the mess. The military to handle the protests shows fundamental misconceptions about how public safety works.
