Russell Wilson lands with the Giants and agrees to a one-year deal: Report
Russell Wilson has changed the zip code. The veteran NFL quarterback and the New York Giants have agreed to a one-year deal. ESPN reported.
The transaction is worth up to $21 million, and is guaranteed to cost $10.5 million, according to the report. giant I was looking for answers to questions surrounding the quarterback room, especially after cutting ties with Daniel Jones in November. New York signed a two-year deal with Jamis Winston last week, but he wasn’t necessarily considered a starter for next season.

The reported agreement with the Giants means Wilson and Fields will play home games at the same stadium in 2025. Field agreed to a two-year contract New York Jets It was shortly after the NFL free agency period began earlier this month. The Giants and Jets play home games at MetLife Stadium.

Wilson appeared in 11 games against the Steelers, finishing last season with 2,482 yards, 16 touchdowns and five interceptions. The Steelers struggled with stretching, but ended up winning 10 regular season games. Pittsburgh lost to the Ravens in the wildcard round in January.
